Training Specialist III
Design and implement training programs in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) applications to help employees maintain and develop technical and consulting skills; Mentor new employees on the BI/DW system development life cycle to prepare them for client projects; Design and implement training programs for the IT personnel of Yomari's clients to ensure maximum utility of Yomari's products and services; Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training activities and programs; Develop training manuals and activities (including handouts, videos, lectures, team exercises, group discussions); Monitor new technical developments in BI and DW systems and evaluate training materials from external sources to ensure that Yomari's training programs are up to date and anticipate future developments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT management, or a related field and five years of work experience developing and implementing BI and DW applications, including experience developing and implementing Oracle Data Warehouse systems.
