Tech Support Analyst

Communicate with clients about technical issues regarding implemented software systems and identify solutions; Develop software programs/code that provide immediate fixes/temporary workarounds; Demonstrate expertise in current version of chosen technology–Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL, OBIEE, MicroStrategy, Netezza; If immediate fixes are not possible, work with other software developers to develop and test permanent fixes for client’s technical issues; Pass software solutions/fixes to Yomari’s Consultants responsible for implementing fixes at client sites; Develop knowledge base articles and training materials to help clients operate Yomari’s software systems; Assist IT officers at client offices with installing product updates and fixes for Yomari’s software systems.

Three or four year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management or related degree and one year of experience working with Business Intelligence tools (such as MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, OBIEE), Data Warehousing applications (such as Oracle RDW), with ETL tools (such as Informatica, Ab Initio, Oracle Warehouse Builder) and with relational databases (such as Oracle, DB2, Teradata).
