Rupesh Pradhan
Founder, President, and CEO
As President and Founder of Yomari, Rupesh focuses his efforts on building a client-driven organization delivering service and speed-to-market, with unparalleled expertise in analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing.
Rupesh brings more than a decade of experience in designing, building, and tuning multi-terabyte data warehouse applications for major corporations. Prior to founding Yomari, Rupesh’s background included principal development and consulting roles at Retek, Oracle, and MicroStrategy.
Rupesh earned his Master’s of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Grinnell College, and an International Baccalaureate from United World College of the Adriatic in Italy.
David Williams
Partner for Client Services
As Partner for Client Services, David works with Yomari’s clients to develop strategies and execution plans for data warehousing and business intelligence implementations. David aligns key personnel and resources from inside and outside Yomari’s organization to ensure the delivery of a complete solution to client’s challenges.
David brings more than eleven years of experience in IT systems. Prior to Yomari, David excelled in both technical and management roles at Retek, 3M, ResCap, and Supervalu.
In addition to his leadership role at Yomari, David is an avid runner, Ironman triathlete, and youth basketball coach.
Mary Strand
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at Yomari, Mary oversees the company’s day to day operations from hiring to IT to facilities. She also manages the bigger picture – ensuring the optimal resources are driving client’s projects towards success.
Mary brings a track record of IT leadership and success in interfacing with business teams. Her experience leading multi-million dollar projects throughout the consumer value chain, including leadership roles at Pillsbury, Diageo, General Mills, and Gander Mountain has proven invaluable to Yomari’s clients.
Mary holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin.
Dan McCudden
Oracle Practice Lead
Dan is a leading expert in Oracle, and has responsibility for overseeing development and support activities for Yomari’s Oracle clients. Prior to Yomari, Dan spent 12 years working as a senior Oracle systems integrator, and as a Functional Architect for Retek.
Dan’s technical acumen and communication skills are a leadership asset for all project resources, from highly technical developers to end users and executives.
In addition to his work for Yomari’s clients, Dan continues to consult directly to Oracle on the design of its analytics products.
Pankaj Shrestha
Solution Architect
Pankaj is a leader in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions. As an anchor of the Yomari team since 2003, Pankaj has driven success at Yomari clients such as Williams-Sonoma, Gap, and Mills Fleet Farm.
Sujan Shrestha
Solution Architect
Sujan serves Yomari’s clients as a technical and functional lead architect for ETL, data warehousing, BI, and analytics systems. Sujan has hands-on experience in all stages of the systems development life cycle, including requirements gathering, architectural design, coding, testing, tuning, integration, and support. Sujan’s skill and technical leadership have been instrumental to project success at Yomari clients including Gap, Dressbarn, REI, PETCO, and Gander Mountain.
Shreya Basnyat
Senior Consultant and Offshore Personnel Manager
With expertise in analytics systems, business, and finance, Shreya brings a diverse and valuable skill set to Yomari’s clients. Having served as part of the development team for Oracle Retail Analytics, Shreya is highly sought after when it comes to implementing Oracle’s latest business intelligence software products.
Shreya earned his MBA with concentration in management information systems and finance from Clark University. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma (ΒΓΣ) international honor society.
Dinesh Khadka
Senior Technical Consultant
As a Senior Technical Consultant at Yomari, Dinesh helps clients succeed with his functional and technical expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence solutions. In addition to experience across a range of BI tools, Dinesh’s database experience extends to RDBMS platforms including Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
